July produced a good total of 92 species. Of note was a Figure of Eight, which was caught on the first day. It is an uncommon species in Derbyshire.  The August total of 84 species was lower, but produced Grey Pine Carpet and Heath Rustic. Neither is rare but both were new for the site. Three new micros were added Epinotia immundana  (pictured right), and Aspilapteryx trigipennella.

Momphia raschkiella pictured above.

The September total was again lower as we come towards the year-end. Pink-barred Sallow and Black Rustic were typical new species for the year.
